Products, Compatibility, and Installation
FLV Marine provides product information and guidance to help customers select marine electronics and related components. Compatibility can depend on vessel configuration, existing equipment, software versions, installation method, and other factors. Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications and confirming suitability before installation. Products that have been installed, programmed, altered, damaged, or otherwise made non-resalable may not be eligible for return.

Third-Party Fulfillment
Certain products may be shipped directly to customers by authorized distributors, manufacturers, or other fulfillment partners. By placing an order, you acknowledge that fulfillment and shipping may be performed by a third party on behalf of FLV Marine.

Pricing and Availability
Product prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. Certain products may be subject to manufacturer Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) or Minimum Retail Price (MRP) policies. FLV Marine reserves the right to correct pricing or inventory errors and to cancel or modify orders affected by such errors or manufacturer restrictions.

Manufacturer Warranties
Product warranties are provided by the applicable manufacturer unless specifically stated otherwise. FLV Marine may assist customers with warranty questions or claims, but warranty approval, repair, replacement, or other remedies are governed by the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Order Acceptance
Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. FLV Marine may cancel or refuse an order because of inventory availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, shipping limitations, manufacturer restrictions, or other reasonable business considerations.
