Refund policy

30-Day Returns

FLV Marine accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, uninstalled, complete, and returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

All returns require prior authorization from FLV Marine. Please contact us before shipping any product back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was shipped incorrectly or arrived defective or damaged. Original shipping and handling costs may be deducted from the refund, and certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Special-order, closeout, programmed, installed, damaged, or otherwise non-resalable products are not eligible for return.

Opened products will be reviewed individually and may be subject to additional restrictions or restocking fees.

Warranty issues are handled according to the applicable manufacturer's warranty. Contact FLV Marine and we will help determine the appropriate next step.
