Shipping

FLV Marine works with authorized distributors and fulfillment partners to get your order moving as quickly as possible. Some products may ship directly from our distribution partners rather than from an FLV Marine facility.

Shipping times vary based on product availability, manufacturer requirements, destination, and carrier service. Tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments.

If an item becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled as expected, we will contact you as soon as possible with available options.

Returns

FLV Marine accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, uninstalled, complete, and returned in their original packaging in resalable condition.

All returns require prior authorization from FLV Marine. Please contact us before sending any product back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was shipped incorrectly or arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping and handling costs may be deducted from the refund, and some returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Special-order, closeout, programmed, installed, altered, damaged, or otherwise non-resalable products may not be eligible for return.

Opened products will be reviewed individually and may be subject to additional restrictions or restocking fees.

Warranty issues are handled according to the applicable manufacturer's warranty. FLV Marine will help determine the appropriate next step when possible.
